Our personal training program is designed to help you reach your personal goals. If you prefer to work out with a coach one on one instead of in a class then this is the perfect program for you!

You can also do personal training as a supplement to your CrossFit classes if there is a specific skill that you would like to focus on a little more.

We have 30 minute and hour options for personal training. We also offer 2 on 1 sessions at a reduced rate if you would like to train with a partner.
