CrossFit is performing constantly varied functional movements at high intensity. What that means is that we focus on movements that you perform in your day to day life such as picking things up, squatting, running, jumping, etc.

Every CrossFit 27:17 class is led by a professional coach who will monitor your technique and make sure that you aren't doing to much. You will never have to worry if you are doing the right movements or what to do if you need to scale a movement to your fitness level. Just show up and we will take care of the rest.

If this is your first experience with Crossfit we will guide you through a 5 or 10 session On-Ramp process (depending on your training history) that will help you learn specific movements and ease you into Crossfit so you won’t be too sore when you attend any of the regular classes.

Once you are ready, just attend anyone of the regular classes that best fits your schedule. For the best results we recommend you coming 4 times a week. See the class schedule here.
